Effective September 3, 2024
The Building Department will no longer be accepting applications electronically via the eTRAKiT portal. All applications must be made hard copy at the counter during 9am-5pm, or via mail.
The eTRAKiT portal will continue to be available to members of the public look-up information on a parcel, ie. Parcel ID, acreage, owner information, flood zone status.
The eTRAKiT portal will remain active for applicants to check status or make payments on existing applications, read review comments, and schedule inspections.
Contractors: please contact the Building Department to create an account
Property owners: please create a public login to pay fees
